Hello

My name is Shelly Pender.  I am a wife, mother and YaYa (my new name bestowed by my first granddaughter).  I love to spend time with my family, sing, spend time at church and create things that make people happy.

Fluttering Bloom Designs began after my daughter's wedding in 2019.  I found a joy creating these beautiful florals for her wedding and decided to offer luxury wood flowers as a lasting alternative to regular or ordinary flowers.
